How do I log in to the trAIde Tools app?

Open the app and enter the email address associated with your account. If you have not received login credentials, contact your account administrator or reach out to us at support@traidetools.com.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

How do I create an estimate or quote?

In the app, go to the Estimates tab and tap the "+" button. Select a customer, choose your service items from the pricebook or add custom items, then send it directly via SMS or email.

Why is my customer not receiving SMS messages?

Make sure the customer's phone number is entered correctly and that they have opted in to receive messages. Customers must reply JOIN to the initial opt-in text to receive future messages. Check your Twilio integration settings if SMS is not sending.

How do I add a new customer?

Go to the Customers tab and tap "Add Customer." Fill in their name, phone number, address, and any equipment details. You can also add customers on the fly when creating an estimate or job.

Can I use trAIde Tools on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account is cloud-based and accessible from any device where you are logged in. All data syncs in real time.

How do I schedule a job from an approved estimate?

Open the approved estimate, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Schedule Job from Estimate." Fill in the date, time, and any job notes, then confirm. The job will appear on your calendar.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion at any time by visiting our account deletion page or emailing support@traidetools.com. All associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
