trAIde Tools ("we," "us," or "our") builds and operates custom AI automation software for tradesmen and service businesses, including Fresh Air Heating & Cooling. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our software products and services.

Our software enables businesses to send SMS messages to their customers for service-related notifications, including appointment alerts, technician arrival notifications, payment links, and follow-up messages.
Consent is collected via a two-step process. During service intake, technicians verbally ask the customer for their mobile number and inform them they will receive a text to confirm enrollment. Once the number is entered into the digital intake form, the customer is sent a single opt-in invitation SMS asking them to reply JOIN. Only customers who reply JOIN are enrolled. Customers who do not reply receive no further messages. Consent is not a condition of service.

When a business client connects their Google account, trAIde Tools may access the following Google user data:
How we use Google data: Google user data is used solely to provide the features requested by the authorized business client. We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service. We store the minimum data necessary and only for as long as needed.
Retention of Google user data: Google user data (including calendar events synced and form responses read) is retained only for as long as the business client maintains an active trAIde Tools account and the Google integration remains connected. Calendar event data is kept in sync with Google Calendar and is not independently stored beyond what is required to display it in the app. Form response data is cached temporarily and refreshed on demand.
Deletion of Google user data: You may disconnect the Google integration at any time from the trAIde Tools Settings page, which immediately revokes our access token and stops all further data access. When a business client deletes their trAIde Tools account, all associated Google user data held by us is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also revoke our access directly via your Google Account Permissions page.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with the following service providers solely to deliver software functionality:
Specific SMS Exception: Notwithstanding the above, mobile information and SMS originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and access controls. Data is accessible only to the authorized business client and their team.
