These Terms of Service govern your use of software products and services provided by trAIde Tools. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
Program Name: trAIde Tools SMS Notifications
Description: trAIde Tools powers SMS notifications sent by service businesses to their customers, including Fresh Air Heating & Cooling. Messages are transactional and service-related, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival alerts, payment links, maintenance reminders, quote follow-ups, and review requests.
Sender: Messages are sent by the individual business, such as Fresh Air Heating & Cooling using trAIde Tools software — not by trAIde Tools directly.
Consent is collected via a two-step process. During service intake, technicians verbally ask the customer for their mobile number and inform them they will receive a text to confirm enrollment. Once the number is entered into the digital intake form, the customer is sent a single opt-in invitation SMS. Customers must reply JOIN to be enrolled. Customers who do not reply receive no further messages. Consent is not a condition of service. For full opt-in process details, see traidetools.com/sms-consent.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Customers may receive up to 5 messages per service appointment and up to 2 maintenance reminders per year. Additional messages may be sent based on business activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Our software is provided for legitimate business use only. Clients agree not to use trAIde Tools products to send unsolicited messages, violate applicable laws, or engage in any activity that violates carrier guidelines or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
trAIde Tools provides software tools and is not responsible for the content of messages sent by businesses using our platform. Each business client is responsible for obtaining proper consent and complying with applicable SMS and communications laws.
